PRN Physical Therapist Assistant

We're hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home care across the Fredericksburg region. You'll be visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes, doing the hands-on PTA work that actually makes a difference on a schedule you build around your life. This role is a good fit for PTAs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients without committing to full-time hours.

What You'll Do:

• Pick up visits based on your availability you tell us when you're free, we route patients your way
• Provide home health physical therapy services under the direction of a supervising PT, following the established plan of care
• Deliver rehabilitation services focused on mobility, strength, and balance
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Communicate patient progress to the supervising PT
• Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

What We're Looking For:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Virginia (or eligible)
• 1+ year of clinical experience
• Home health and OASIS experience preferred if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you take your first visit on your own
• WellSky experience is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Service Areas:

• Based out of our Fredericksburg office, we cover Fredericksburg and surrounding communities Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Woodbridge, Dumfries, Culpeper, Warrenton, and Orange. You'll generally work the area closest to where you live.
