Schedule : Night shift | Full-time 36 hours (3 - 12 hour shifts) - 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Rotating weekends, with 7 day per week availability)

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse, following established clinical protocols to improve patient safety, quality outcomes, and overall care experiences.
• Monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate clinical documentation in EHR systems, and communicate updates to support timely patient care decisions.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination, efficient treatment delivery, and positive patient outcomes.
• Assess discharge planning needs and perform nursing interventions in compliance with healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and quality improvement initiatives.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 2 year previous critical care experience preferred.
