Experienced Fence Installer / Crew Leader
Authority Fence & Deck, Inc. – Clearwater, MN
Authority Fence & Deck is looking for an experienced fence installer who is ready to step into a leadership role and lead a professional installation crew. We are a growing, family-owned company with over 30 years in business, known for quality workmanship, professionalism, and taking care of our employees and customers.
We install:
- Vinyl Privacy Fence
- Chain Link Fence
- Ornamental Steel & Aluminum Fence
- Ranch Rail Fence
- Custom Gates
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with a team, and is ready to help lead projects from start to finish.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise fence installation crews on residential and commercial projects
- Read layouts and ensure projects are installed correctly and efficiently
- Maintain quality workmanship and jobsite professionalism
- Communicate with customers and management throughout projects
- Operate equipment and tools safely
- Train and mentor crew members as needed
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company standards
Qualifications
- Prior fence installation experience required
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements and layouts
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Experience with vinyl, chain link, ornamental, or gate installation is a plus
