Customer Success Enablement Manager

Partnering closely with Customer Success leaders, the full-time remote Customer Success Enablement Manager will develop and execute training programs, manage onboarding processes, and ensure teams are equipped to drive customer retention and growth. Key responsibilities Design and implement enablement programs aligned with business outcomes, focusing on customer satisfaction and expansion Oversee onboarding for Customer Success Managers and related teams, ensuring they are prepared for customer interactions Manage enablement systems and tools to facilitate access to resources and support real-time customer engagement Required qualifications Experience in customer success or enablement roles within high-growth SaaS environments Proven track record of developing training programs that drive measurable business outcomes Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and retention metrics Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams including Product Marketing and Revenue Operations Familiarity with learning management systems and content management tools
