High End Coordinator

Summary As a member of the North America High End department, the High End Coordinator supports strategic initiatives related to VIP experiences and High End sales. The role coordinates brand and one-to-one experiential events, ensuring operational excellence, attention to detail, and strong cross-department collaboration. This position is based in New York City and requires some travel, including occasional weekends. Responsibilities Work cross-functionally with boutique teams to identify development opportunities for high potential prospects and VICs Source, package, and organize VIP client gift orders and shipments Assist in planning domestic and international client experiences Support pre-planning and on-site logistics for High End events, one-to-one experiences, and selling appointments Maintain budgets for client treatments and process invoices, vendor setup, purchase orders, and accruals Support High End training initiatives and assist in VIP client presentations Requirements 1+ years of relevant work experience Willingness to work some weekends and travel for events Strong written and oral communication skills Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to shift between tasks and business partners with a can-do attitude Commitment to protect client and company information and a passion for developing industry knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
