The Opportunity

Fox Ann Arbor Acura is hiring a full-time Product Specialist – Sales Consultant in Ann Arbor, MI, with earning potential of $50,000–$150,000 per year. This entry-level role exists to guide customers through a clear, confident vehicle-buying process—answering questions, presenting options, and supporting a smooth delivery experience.

Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting showroom/lot guests; staying current on product details; explaining specs such as performance, safety, and benefits; completing professional vehicle demonstrations; using dealership tools/CRM for pre- and post-sale follow-up; understanding vehicle values/equity, finance products, and Fox programs; and supporting showroom readiness.

Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma/GED; or 1–3 months related experience/training ; or equivalent
- Computer proficiency (CRM and email)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

A Typical Day

You’ll start by getting the showroom and your workspace ready, then shift into helping a steady flow of guests—moving between the lot and showroom as needs change. Between customer conversations, you’ll review new model updates, practice feature walkarounds, and keep your notes organized. Throughout the day you’ll log activity, send timely emails, and make follow-up calls that keep your pipeline moving. As deals progress, you’ll coordinate next steps, double-check details, and help set up a delivery that feels polished and on time. You’ll wrap up by planning tomorrow’s outreach and making sure your customer list is current.
