Maintains professional accountability for the provision of patient care for assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and service standards. Description: The position requires providing care to patients in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner. The role involves collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. The Registered Nurse is expected to advocate for patients and their families while promoting their well-being.
