ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of nine. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent four years as a team member, building a strong foundation in the business. Prior to that, I worked as a bartender and server while in college, which helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Im a graduate of Florida International University and am happily married. Im a proud Cuban American and an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Outside of work, Im passionate about giving backespecially through involvement in the LGBTQIA+ community and supporting bully and dog rescue efforts.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rachel Machin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
