Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Accounts Representative for an onsite temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Barbara, CA. This role is a strong fit for an early-career professional who enjoys helping customers, answering questions, resolving account concerns, and providing accurate support related to billing, payments, and account inquiries. This opportunity offers a collaborative office environment with supportive leadership, a positive team culture, and structured business processes that help new professionals build confidence and experience. The Customer Accounts Representative will gain valuable exposure to customer service, financial operations, account support, and administrative processes while contributing to a responsive and service-focused team. Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional, timely, and helpful manner.- Provide support for billing, payment, account, and general customer service questions.
- Research customer concerns, troubleshoot account issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist with payment processing, account maintenance, and accurate transaction documentation.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential records of customer interactions and account activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and support a positive customer experience. Compensation and Benefits - Pay rate: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Santa Barbara, CA.
- Work arrangement: Onsite attendance is required.
- Duration: Minimum 6-month assignment, with potential for extension.
