Please refer to the Blain's Farm & Fleet position description for accurate pay range information.Job DutiesThe Maintenance Associate would perform excellent customer service and help with the building maintenance and cart retrieval, along with other assigned duties that would ensure that the customer has an efficient, pleasant shopping experience.This can include, but is not limited to:Help retrieve shopping carts from the parking lotLoad purchases into customer vehiclesMonitor and clean parking lot and cart areaScrub clean and maintain facility floors and restroomsProvide facility maintenanceHelp in other departments as assignedDemonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and proceduresQualificationsGreat communication skillsPrior Retail experience preferredAble to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekendAble to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checksEEO StatementBlain Supply, Inc and Blain's Farm and Fleet (collectively "Blain's") is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
