Overview We’re hiring for a part‑time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team! We’ll provide the training; you just bring the positive attitude and desire to learn! The primary focus of this position is to provide remarkable customer service to our guests by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere and actively engaging guests through product samples and suggestive selling. In this position, you can expect to: Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for our guests Prepare and dish up salads Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location) Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations In this position, you may also be responsible for dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders, baking/frying products.
