BlazerJobs is seeking dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapists to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Minneapolis, MN. We are looking to fill six total positions to support a diverse student caseload.
Position Details
Role Type: 4 Full-Time positions and 2 Long-Term Substitute positions (initial months, dates TBD).
Duration: September 8, 2026 – June 10, 2027.
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
Compensation: Competitive pay starting at $48+ per hour , based on experience.
Caseload: 20-40 students, focused on a Setting 4 environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to students within a specialized school setting.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and the multidisciplinary team to implement IEP goals.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to improve student functional performance.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Requirements
Active Minnesota state license in Occupational Therapy.
Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
Strong communication and collaborative skills.
