Product Owner

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the vision, planning, and execution of AI-enabled digital products. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams, ensuring product development aligns with strategic business objectives while delivering exceptional customer value.

This role requires strong expertise in Agile product ownership, backlog management, product planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The Product Owner will work closely with engineering, UX/UI, data science, and AI teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and continuously improve products using data-driven insights and AI-powered analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable product initiatives and development priorities.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and product enhancements.
  • Develop product plans that maximize customer value and business outcomes.
• Product Backlog Management
  • Own and manage the product backlog throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Prioritize Epics, Features, User Stories, and acceptance criteria based on business value and customer impact.
  • Continuously refine and groom the backlog to support Agile development teams.
  • Balance business priorities, technical constraints, and customer needs when making prioritization decisions.
• Agile Product Delivery
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams during Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of product requirements.
  • Clarify requirements and provide ongoing guidance throughout development.
  • Validate completed work against business expectations and acceptance criteria.
• AI Product Integration
  • Partner with engineering, AI, machine learning, and data teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise products.
  • Help identify business use cases where AI can improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate on defining AI-driven product features and intelligent automation opportunities.
  • Ensure AI functionality aligns with business goals, user expectations, and responsible AI practices.
• Product Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Define product success metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Monitor product usage, customer behavior, and business outcomes using analytics.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Drive continuous product improvement through customer feedback and data-driven decision-making.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Facilitate product discussions, roadmap reviews, and prioritization workshops.
  • Communicate product progress, risks, and release plans to leadership.
  • Build strong relationships across business, technology, design, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product leadership role.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs in Agile Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of product planning, product lifecycle management, and product flow.
• Experience translating business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering, design, QA, and data teams.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or data-driven product development.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
