Front Office & Intake Supervisor — Trauma-Informed Leader

Urban League of Rhode Island

Family Service of Rhode Island is hiring an Admin Supervisor to lead the Front office and Intake team. You will hire, train, supervise staff, and ensure timely service delivery while maintaining a warm, safe environment across FSRI offices. You will oversee benefits data in EMR, support the Internship program, and participate in PQI and COA processes.
