• Schedule: In-house call and laborist coverage
• Shift Coverage: One 24-hour shift per week, plus one 48-hour weekend per month

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,930-$7,420

• Case Mix: Deliveries and minor GYN surgeries
• Setting: High-volume obstetrics environment with Level III NICU support
• Minimum Commitment: 2 shifts per month

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology required
• Active Pennsylvania medical license strongly preferred; licensure candidates may be considered
• PA DEA required
• BLS and ACLS required
• At least 1 year of recent OBGYN or laborist experience required
• Comfortable providing in-house call coverage in a labor and delivery setting
• Experience supervising and teaching residents and APPs preferred
• Must be able to work the exact dates requested
• Completion of required background checks and privileging documentation

• Provide laborist coverage and in-house call for obstetrics and gynecology patients
• Manage deliveries and perform minor GYN surgeries
• Support a collaborative care model alongside APPs, MFM, and GYN oncology teams
• Supervise and teach residents and advanced practice providers
• Respond to call-room coverage needs and provide timely, patient-centered care
• Help maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality clinical environment
• Work within a busy delivery service serving a large obstetric population
