Radiology Technician - Part Time

Role Overview The Radiology Specialty Technologist is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Diagnostic Technologist. The role involves performing advanced bone density procedures within an Osteoporosis Center, including dual energy x-ray absorptiometry (DXA) and quantitative ultrasonography. The technologist demonstrates a strong knowledge of radiation safety, assists in clinical instruction, and collaborates on research protocols. Key Responsibilities Perform bone density procedures and ensure safety protocols are followed Assist in clinical training and support research activities within the center Maintain advanced skills in radiologic techniques and radiation safety Collaborate with research staff and participate in protocol execution Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program ARRT certification, Vermont state license, and eligibility for ISCD certification Preferred 4+ years of radiology technologist experience Strong understanding of radiation physics and safety procedures Additional Information This position offers flexible workdays and involves a commitment to advanced practice within a specialized clinical setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
