Position: Assembler

Pay: $18.00

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with plenty of overtime

Location: Joliet, IL

This is a contract position with excellent potential to go permanent.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Assembler to start IMMEDIATELY at $18 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up machinery in the production process
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality
• Assist with loading raw materials onto production lines using overhead cranes
• Transport raw materials around the facility via overhead crane or forklift
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safety and efficiency
• Help lift and move heavy loads as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs

Qualifications:

• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to operate a forklift and handle physical demands (stand long hours, lift at least 50 lbs)
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred
