Community Employment Coach & Farm Training Advocate

The Arc Erie County NY is seeking a Community Employment Specialist to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve meaningful work and life goals. You will mentor, coach, advocate, and partner with community employers to create inclusive job opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering job readiness, development, coaching, and retention services, developing exploration activities, and maintaining progress notes.
