Aquent is partnering with a leading North American agency renowned for its innovative approach to marketing and creative solutions for prominent brands, particularly within the dynamic Food & Beverage industry. This agency is dedicated to crafting compelling narratives and visual experiences that resonate deeply with consumers.

We're seeking an exceptional talent to step into a pivotal role, making an immediate impact by shaping the visual identity of a beloved food brand across all social platforms. This is your chance to unleash your creativity, set trends, and directly influence how a major brand connects with its audience, ensuring every post, story, and reel captivates and converts. This is a temporary engagement, approximately 26 hours per week, covering a maternity leave with the potential for extension onto future exciting projects.


What You'll Do:

• Organic Content Creation: Design and produce monthly organic social content, including feed posts, stories, reels assets, static graphics, and short-form video elements, all optimized for maximum engagement.
• Visual Identity & Templates: Define, update, and maintain the brand's social-first visual identity by creating scalable design templates, comprehensive asset libraries, and clear visual guidelines.
• Brand Strategy & Tone Alignment: Ensure all visual output seamlessly aligns with the brand's overarching marketing strategy, target audience, and social voice design.
• Feedback & Iteration: Collaborate closely with agency leads and brand stakeholders, actively refining and polishing creative ideas based on constructive feedback.
• Community & Voice Design: Help establish distinct visual cues for community responses and maintain the brand's consistent tone of voice across all social channels.

What You'll Bring:


Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

• Social-First Design Experience: A proven track record of designing eye-catching, high-converting content specifically for leading social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook). Experience within the food/beverage industry is a significant advantage.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Canva.
• Trend Knowledge: Deep familiarity with current social media trends, platform-specific formats, and emerging visual styles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Comfortable taking constructive feedback, iterating quickly, and presenting creative ideas clearly and persuasively.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience with basic motion graphics or video editing tools.
