MTSS is an integrated framework that focuses on improving academic, behavioral and social-emotional support for all students. This role oversees curriculum development, training delivery, and individualized plans for school districts and agencies, while also producing asynchronous content. The position supervises a faculty team that delivers training across key areas such as behavior, academics, mental health, juvenile justice, and early childhood systems. The Manager represents the university on state-level committees, ensuring cross-agency collaboration, and provides coaching, training, and technical assistance to education leaders. Additionally, the role oversees the collection and analysis of training data, updates the annual course catalog, and drives long-term capacity building for MTSS implementation statewide.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree and five years of related professional experience OR a master's degree and three years of related professional work experience.Related Experience:· Demonstrated leadership in the field of education, systems change, training and/or consultation in evidence-based practices and data collection and progress monitoring, or relevant and related experience plus· Project and budget management.Certification and Licensure:Licensure as a BCBA or Educator or School-based Health ProfessionalSchedule or Travel Requirements: Requires extensive in-state travel.
