What You\'ll Do Lead accounting activities supporting a manufacturing operation Oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting Partner closely with the VP of Finance and operational leadership Manage and develop a Cost Accountant Support month-end and year-end close processes Analyze financial results and provide meaningful insights to leadership Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Assist with cost accounting and manufacturing-related financial analysis Ensure compliance with accounting policies and GAAP Partner with plant and corporate teams to improve financial processes and reporting Travel occasionally to company manufacturing plants What We\'re Looking For 5+ years of accounting experience SAP experience is required – candidates must have recent, hands-on SAP experience Manufacturing accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting Ability to analyze financial information and identify issues or opportunities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Search, LLC
