Title: Maintenance Department: Maintenance Classification: Non-Exempt Duties & Responsibilities Evaluate machines and building systems to determine required maintenance Conduct preventative maintenance Correspond with vendors to schedule maintenance needs Assist with departmental maintenance needs to coordinate schedules and budget Monitor and report on project progress Attend production meetings to coordinate scheduling and notify other departments of maintenance issues/timelines Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance Follow safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment Oversee disposal of chemical waste; choose supplier, schedule, maintain safety standards Maintain building security On site First Responder - Assist in emergency and clean up Job Locations US-OH-Canton Company Overview IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services to a variety of end markets, including electrical, mechanical and communications contracting solutions for the commercial, industrial, residential and renewable energy markets.
