Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Minimum Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent minimum experience requirements. We value both education and experience. Preferred Education: Holding an MSN (Master of Science in Nursing) degree is a significant advantage, highlighting your commitment to advanced knowledge. Experience: Minimum Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in nursing management within a hospital setting is required.
