Project for Pride in Living, Inc. in Minneapolis seeks an accounting professional to lead full-cycle property accounting, ensure GAAP compliance, and support budgeting for a diverse portfolio. Reporting to the Associate Controller of Property Management, you will prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly/annual reports, analyze variances, and assist with HUD, MHFA, lender and regulatory reporting while contributing to process improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr Project for Pride in Living
