Asset Management Senior Associate

About the role:
- Monitor property performance, including occupancy, rent collections, operating expenses, and cash flow across the affordable housing portfolio.
- Review monthly financial statements, compare results against budgets, and investigate variances with property managers.
- Support annual budgets, business plans, and capital improvement projects, tracking spending and progress.
- Coordinate with property managers and compliance teams to monitor LIHTC restrictions, Section 8 requirements, and reporting deadlines. xhyhwjd
- Prepare investor and lender reports and support refinancing, valuations, and property dispositions.
