Imagine undertaking challenging, dynamic and innovative projects and being responsible for:

• Effectively manage all assigned leads of targeted sellers and actively prospect for new sellers. Grow seller commitment to Selling on Mercado Libre Mexico.
• Analyze customer needs in regards to current business obstacles, identify opportunities and determine potential services. This involves doing a competitive price analysis of their product catalog vs Mercado Libre catalog of products.
• Analyze customer data and make recommendations in order to maximize the potential of the sellers converted from leads. Execute successfully on the plan recommended.
• Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers you speak with. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
• Prospect and close business to achieve quarterly quota targets for both the quantity and quality of sellers recruited. Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and Mercado Libre products along with the features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4 years of sales experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid visa and/or permanent work authorization required.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish.
