About the Role
As a Criminal Defense Associate Attorney, you will:
- Represent clients in misdemeanor, felony, and federal criminal matters.
- Handle hearings, trials, plea negotiations, and client counseling with autonomy.
- Work independently while having access to senior attorney mentorship and support.
- Manage your own cases and clients with the firm’s resources backing you up.
- Contribute to a team culture of integrity, collaboration, and client service excellence.
About You
We’re looking for attorneys who:
- Are licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas .
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing criminal defense law .
- Are professional, ethical, and client-focused in every interaction.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and want to grow their practice.
- Are welcomed and encouraged to bring their existing book of business - with the ability to move their practice to our firm at no upfront cost .
