We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. Opportunities for continuous growth within the organization are available. Work Schedule Mon-Fri 6am-3pm, rotating weekends. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other tests. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and in a timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Complete administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completion of a certified training program, or at least 3 months of experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience. Additional Job Standards Certification must be from an accredited agency if work experience is lacking. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or within a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. At least 21 years of age. Reliable transportation.
