Base pay range
$100,000/yr - $110,000/yr
Compensation Information
- Base salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year
- Annual bonus potential: $6,000 (paid monthly)
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000 (new hire only)

Responsibilities
- Complete assessments and develop treatment plans that recommend individualized and evidence‑based strategies
- Coordinate care with families and insurance providers
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams
- Create materials to support clients’ behavior plans
- Participate in quality assurance
- Provide supervisory oversight to behavioral direct‑care staff
- Mentor BCaBAs and BCBA trainees
- Monitor treatment progress, effectiveness, and update plans to support clients’ needs and learning styles
Qualifications
- An active license or certification in good standing (e.g., Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills
- Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
- Experience providing behavioral services to toddlers, children, and adults preferred
- Experience in quality management preferred
- Proficiency in the English language
