As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a Wealth Management Associate to become a key member of our team. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Denver, Colorado. The Wealth Management Associate serves as the operational hub of the practice and works directly with the firm's Financial Advisor to support client relationships, account administration, advisor support activities, financial planning implementation, investment due diligence activities, and employer-sponsored retirement plan consulting services. This role is ideal for an experienced wealth management professional who enjoys client service, operations, organization, problem solving, and helping advisors deliver exceptional client outcomes. The successful candidate will become a primary resource for client service requests, operational workflows, account administration, and advisor support activities. Qualifications Required 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related advisory support role Strong client service and relationship management skills Experience with account administration, transfers, ACATs, money movement, and operational workflows Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strongly Preferred Experience with LPL Financial Experience supporting financial advisors in a wealth management environment Experience supporting employer-sponsored retirement plans Experience with RPAG and/or Fi360 Fiduciary Focus Toolkit Preferred Experience with Morningstar Advisor Workstation Experience with Jump Experience preparing investment and planning-related reports Competitive base salary of $75,000–$95,000 Compensation commensurate with experience, licensing, and relevant wealth management, LPL Financial, and employer-sponsored retirement plan experience Annual discretionary bonus opportunity of up to 10% Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off package based on experience and tenure Professional development opportunities Long-term career growth within a growing independent advisory firm #J-18808-Ljbffr
