Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Facilities Support Associate to assist with the day-to-day upkeep of a corporate headquarters environment within a logistics organization. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office setting through light facilities support tasks. It is not a heavy custodial or industrial cleaning position.

This is a steady, low-complexity role ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a professional workspace tidy and well-maintained.

Schedule

Part-time: ~25hours per week
Schedule can bediscussed (some flexibility available during standard business hours)

Core Responsibilities

Remove trashand recycling from office areas, conference rooms, and common spaces
Replace linersand ensure waste receptacles are clean and properly maintained
Wipe downaccessible surfaces including desks, tables, countertops, and shared workareas
Clean easilyreachable glass surfaces (entry doors, interior glass, partitions)
Replenishrestroom supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.)
Maintaincleanliness and organization of breakrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces
Perform routinewalkthroughs of the facility to ensure a neat, professional appearance
Report anymaintenance issues, supply needs, or facility concerns to site leadership

What This Role Does NOT Include

No deepcleaning or heavy custodial sanitation work
No floorstripping, waxing, or machine-based cleaning
No hazardouscleaning or industrial chemical handling
No janitorial"crew-style" cleaning of large facilities

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Priorexperience in office cleaning, facilities support, maintenance assistant,or similar roles is helpful but not required
Lightmechanical or handyman aptitude is a strong plus (basic repairs, noticingissues, replacing small items, etc.)
Comfortableworking independently and managing a routine checklist
Reliable,detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and demeanor
