As a Home Health Aide with OH10 - SYNERGY HomeCare of Lakewood, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Helping clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Assisting with mobility and transfers, as needed
• Encouraging clients to engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
• Maintaining accurate records of client care and communicating with the client's family and healthcare team
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients
