Your Key Responsibilities:
- Leading Shifts: Running shifts effectively to ensure great food and excellent guest service.
- Developing the Team: Acting as a coach and mentor, supporting a high-performing team through positive role modeling.
- Upholding Standards: Maintaining strict compliance with all operational and food safety procedures.
- Supporting Store Operations: Assisting with recruiting, training, staff supervision, and managing inventory.
- Driving Success: Helping to motivate the team to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
- A genuine, smiling personality with a passion for positive leadership.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A reliable professional who shows up on time, ready for their shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 1-2 years of restaurant experience is preferred; management experience is a plus.
- ServSafe Certified is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
