Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time School Position | Storrs, Connecticut | 2026–2027 School Year
Seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)for a full-time school-based position in Connecticut for the 2026–2027 school year . This is an excellent opportunity to work with a K–12 caseload while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 35–37.5 hours per week
- Contract Dates: August 2026 – June 2027
- Caseload: K–12 students
- Pay: $50.20–$60.88 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide behavioral consultation to teachers, staff, and families.
- Analyze student data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
- Collaborate with special education teams and other related service providers.
- Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Connecticut licensure or eligibility, as required.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
