Client Engagement Associate

As a Client Engagement Associate, you'll be the operational backbone of our Client Engagement Team and a trusted point of contact for the clients we serve. This role goes beyond administrative support. You'll play a meaningful part in nurturing client relationships as a trusted extension of our team, where your confidence, clarity, and follow-through define your impact. What You'll Do Client Relationship & Communication Serve as the first point of contact when clients walk through our door Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships, creating a welcoming office environment Confirm client appointments, assisting with scheduling and rescheduling as needed CRM & Data Management Routinely review and update client profiles to keep review schedules, account details, and client tier accurate Pull reports for review schedules, birthdays, anniversaries, and ad hoc requests Update client account details, such as mailing addresses, when needed Operations & Administrative Support Collect and distribute mail Keep the lobby and conference rooms client ready before and after every meeting Give clients a quick office tour and offer refreshments Coordinate across departments to address client and advisor needs efficiently Client Events & Culture Assist the team lead in creating elevated client events that drive referrals Help build a client culture that supports strong retention Partner with the Lead and VP of Operations to continually enhance the client experience What We're Looking For At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field A genuine desire to grow professionally in the financial advisory space Exceptional phone presence and a natural ability to build rapport and trust Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities A resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy A proactive approach to anticipating client and advisor needs Reliance Financial Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
