Job Requirements: Must have RN license Experience in open heart surgery and vascular cases required Willing to participate in assigned call as scheduled Knowledge of computer programs utilized to deliver patient care required Completion of McLeod Skills Checklist required McLeod Criminal Background Check Results required for onboarding Driver's License/State ID required for onboarding Social Security Card required for onboarding Nursys for license verification required for onboarding License/Certificate Verification required for onboarding Fit Test required for onboarding (optional for submission) Hepatitis B vaccine required for onboarding Varicella vaccine required for onboarding 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required for onboarding McLeod Drug Screen required for onboarding Annual Negative PPD (optional for onboarding) Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray (optional for onboarding) McLeod Profile required for submission McLeod Confirmation of Assignment required for onboarding McLeod Skills Checklist must be completed for submission Other Required Documentation: Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format) Two current clinical references Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months) TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months) Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted) Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations Must pass background check and drug screening What is our culture?
