LVN- Nights

Position: Night Shift LVN

Facility: Kern Valley Healthcare District

Location: Lake Isabella, CA 93240

Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM | 4,3,4,3 Schedule (Sat/Sun/Mon & Sun/Mon/Tues Rotation)

Pay Rate: $37.25 to $43.75 per hour

Job Description


Assess, plan, and implement nursing care of residents under the supervision of an RN. Responsible for continuity of care by providing direct patient care, administering medications, and supervising CNAs and support staff. Candidate must be willing to cross-train in other nursing departments as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Current California LVN License required
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required (Sub Acute experience does not count)
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
• Current BLS Certification required
• Must pass nursing medical test
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Professional interpersonal and computer skills required
