Laboratory Technician

We are seeking an entry-level Laboratory Technician to support product testing and quality initiatives for a leading consumer products manufacturer. This role will be responsible for conducting laboratory and performance testing on cookware products, documenting test results, and assisting engineers and quality teams with product validation activities. Responsibilities Perform laboratory and performance testing on cookware and consumer products. Prepare, set up, and maintain testing equipment. Conduct durability, functionality, and quality evaluations according to established procedures. Accurately record test results and maintain detailed documentation. Analyze test data and report findings to engineering and quality teams. Assist with product validation and failure investigations. Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated, cleaned, and operating properly. Follow all laboratory safety and quality procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance and quality. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document findings. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to follow written test procedures and work independently. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or product testing experience. Experience collecting and analyzing data.
