Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team at Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for our Weekend Program! As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also contributing to a positive and supportive environment. Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and other medical needs Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning of residents as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care Participate in shifts as assigned, including weekends and potential overtime Support the development of a positive and respectful environment among residents, families, and staff Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements: Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred Ability to lift and move patients as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer: Weekend positions offer base pay + $4 hourly for every weekend work! 8 and 16 hour schedules available!
