Requirements

• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Experience: Proven experience in office management is required.
Location: Local candidates only.
Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage.
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour. Salary is negotiable based on your specific years of experience and skill set.Hours: Monday – Saturday (Standard working hours).
Flexibility: To ensure you have time for yourself, working a Saturday means you get a scheduled weekday off.

Job Description

Oversee daily office operations and manage staff scheduling.
Handle patient billing, insurance claims, and financial arrangements.
Maintain a productive and positive office culture.
Ensure all patient records and administrative tasks are accurate and up-to-date.
