About the Role:

Join Beulah Home Care LLC as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. In this rewarding role, you will provide compassionate care and support, helping clients achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.
2 Shifts Open - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Monitor client health and report any changes to the care team.
• Encourage clients to engage in recreational and social activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and client progress.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Background check clearance required.
