Role Overview The Service Truck Operator is responsible for sales and service of large truck and farm tires, including installation and repair at the shop and on-site with a mobile service truck. No prior experience is required, as training is provided. Key Duties Sales and service of large truck and farm tires Repair and install tires on farm equipment and commercial trucks Operate hydraulic boom arm Dismount tires/wheels using hand and power tools Problem solve and offer recommendations Work with established accounts Qualifications & Skills Valid driver’s license and safe driving record A positive, "Can-Do" attitude Ability to lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly and operate air guns over 100 lbs Ability to safely change and repair tires in all weather conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive bi-weekly pay Tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 annually Paid vacation, sick leave, holidays Medical, dental, vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Discounted vehicle services Opportunities for advancement This role offers an opportunity to join a growing team, providing essential tire services with comprehensive benefits and potential for career growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
