Rosati's Pizza, a Chicagoland Favorite since 1964 is looking for hard working, experienced bartenders. FT & PT shifts available. The bartenders prepare alcoholic, or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Responsibilities: Interact with guests
Take customer orders, and serve food and drinks
Assess customers' needs and preferences, and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, quality standards and bar rules, policies and procedures
Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages with bar equipment
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications: 1-3 years of bartending experience required
Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights & weekends
