Requirements

Valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, oral cancer screenings, and periodontal charting.
Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (if licensed and permitted by state regulations).
Take and interpret dental radiographs.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, diet, and preventative care.
Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed electronic health records.
Collaborate effectively with dentists and the entire dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain a sterile and organized operatory.
Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols.
Contribute to a positive and patient-focused office environment.

Benefits

Sign-on Bonus: $10,000.00
