Join us!DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?Valid WA State Electrical Journeyman cardCurrent WA State driver's license3+ years of residential electrical experienceProven installation or service track recordAbility to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians while maintaining code complianceAbility to install electrical hardwareAbility to lift 50 lbsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to travel to customer locations as neededStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable with residential electrical systems, hand tools, power tools, and trade knowledgeComfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstancesPositive attitude, hard-working, and reliableMust provide own toolsComfortable operating in small spaces (ex, crawl spaces and attics)Preferred candidates embrace DEAR Services' core values of safety, integrity, exceptional service, and teamwork.
