WCS Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to join an exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility in Westchester County!

Job Function:

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of new resident admissions and intake.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and initiate individualized care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed, ensuring resident safety and comfort.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Nursing Assistants in accordance with facility standards.
• Accurately document assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to appropriate clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Active New York State RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 1-2 years of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Nursing Home setting preferred.
• Prior experience in admissions, long-term care, or skilled nursing strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for long-term care facilities.
• IV administration experience required.
• Candidates without direct LTC experience may be considered if otherwise qualified.
