By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.Job responsibilitiesLead the development technology strategy and priorities, and execution and delivery across the technology and business teamsScope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and qualify the implications and “so whats”Conduct research and analysis on technology trends and innovation opportunities and perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public source Work with team to develop work plans to test / evaluate strategies and insights which could span process improvement, organizational change, and functional strategy effortsPrepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communicationsAdvise and influence senior leaders and executives on key business decisions and major change initiativesDevelop deep trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders and ensure client is satisfied throughout engagementWork collaboratively with team members across lines of business and cross-functional teams; maintain composure and presence in difficult stakeholder meetsDevelop junior team members both formally and informally, including serving as a mentorIdentify potential roadblocks / obstacles and escalate issues as neededRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationStrong experience in formulating and executing strategies that align with business objectives across modern technologies, including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
