Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Location: Portland, Oregon Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days on-site/2 remote after training period ; 37.5 hour work week Salary: $75,000-$90,000 Employment Type: Direct Hire Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Portland law firm who is seeking an experience Litigation Paralegal to support their team across a variety of litigation matters. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization. Responsibilities:

• Manage case files from inception through trial, maintaining organization and accuracy throughout
• Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including tracking, organizing, reviewing, and analyzing large volumes of materials
• Prepare deposition and trial materials, including exhibits, binders, and supporting documentation
• Track and docket court deadlines, ensuring compliance with state and federal rules
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy and preparation
• Utilize and maintain electronic document management and discovery review systems
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to keep matters progressing efficiently
• Delegate tasks to legal assistants and provide oversight as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior litigation paralegal experience (5+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Oregon and Washington state and federal court rules and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms, including document management systems
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
• Exposure to additional practice areas such as collections, foreclosure, loan documentation, or estate planning is a plus
• Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems and evolving priorities

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $89,998.00 per year
