Occupational Therapist – AcuteThe Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients with a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities. Working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, the therapist develops individualized treatment plans to maximize patient independence, functional abilities, and quality of life while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent educ/experience Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart AssociationExperienceAcute Care Occupational Therapy experience preferredExperience performing patient evaluations and treatment planningExperience treating patients with various diagnoses and functional impairmentsStrong interdisciplinary collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsAcute Care Hospital experienceInpatient Rehabilitation experienceNeurological RehabilitationOrthopedic RehabilitationStroke RehabilitationElectronic Medical Record (EMR) experiencePatient & Family EducationMultidisciplinary Team Collaboration
