Description Lerner Tower 3 is a 30 bed adult telemetry unit serving primarily postop cardiac and thoracic surgery patients. Six of the 30 beds are capable of providing care for medical or surgical stepdown unit care. Shifts available are rotating day/nights or straight nights.
